In addition to rigged ballyhoo,we started to produce unrigged ballyhoo as well. The ballyhoo are brined on the boat in our own special brining solution. This is the key to having great baits. The ballyhoo are then sent to the plant where they are sized, vacuum packed and flash frozen. Bionic Bait is the original producers of the menhaden chum. We are proud to say that it is the best chum in the world. Our chum is double ground which leaves no waste. Menhaden oil is added for striking enhancement.
